Senior Product Manager CJIS Certified

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for Flock's Investigative Data Platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager, CJIS Certified will manage integration strategies, define data governance, and enhance customer workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration strategy across various public safety systems while creating a scalable integration model powered by automation and AI
• Define standards for how public safety data is modeled, governed, and trusted to ensure quality and usability
• Accelerate customer workflows by building intuitive search and investigative experiences for agencies to make informed decisions

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience with ownership of technical platform, data, integration, or infrastructure products
• Demonstrated ability to define product vision, create roadmaps, and drive execution through launch and iteration
• Strong technical fluency with understanding of APIs, data models, and distributed systems
• Experience working with large-scale data systems and ensuring data integrity and security
• Familiarity with CJIS and criminal justice data handling, including relevant security and compliance requirements
