Senior Product Manager, CJIS Certified

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end cloud video experience, the full-time Senior Product Manager, CJIS Certified will manage the product roadmap, drive strategy for the cloud video platform, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful video products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for video experiences including onboarding, live viewing, playback, and video management
• Drive strategy for the cloud video platform and third-party integrations, balancing customer needs with scalability
• Conduct customer discovery and translate insights into product strategy and roadmap priorities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with SaaS, platform, or infrastructure products
• Experience owning technically complex products that span customer experience and backend systems
• Strong technical fluency with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and distributed systems
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment
• Experience with video technologies or enterprise software is a plus
