Senior Product Manager - Claims

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Claims Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for claims tools across multiple P&C lines
• Partner with clients, sales, and service teams to identify opportunities and shape the product roadmap
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories, collaborating with engineering and data teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment
• Direct experience in auto bodily injury and/or workers' compensation claims
• Ability to engage confidently with engineering and data teams; fluency in technical discussions
• A track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Working knowledge of AI/ML, data pipelines, or software architecture is a plus
