Senior Product Manager, Clinical Quality

Job Summary

To enhance clinical operations, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Clinical Quality will own the roadmap for clinical tooling and safety systems, ensuring high-quality care delivery while working remotely in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the Clinical Quality & Safety pod, focusing on improving RD effectiveness and care delivery quality
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to identify workflow friction points and translate them into prioritized product improvements
• Define and track quality and efficiency metrics to ensure clinical operational health and safety compliance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in clinical operations or workflow-oriented products
• Experience managing a product area end-to-end with autonomy from discovery to launch
• Familiarity with AI-assisted features or workflow automation
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide product decisions
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery in fast-paced environments
