Senior Product Manager, Clinical Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Clinical Execution & Team Catalyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution and accountability within product and tech teams while fostering a culture of high performance
• Design and manage product lifecycles that enhance patient engagement, provider efficiency, and administrative robustness
• Translate high-level company goals into a prioritized roadmap and define success metrics based on clinical outcomes and user engagement

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of progressive Product Management experience, with at least 4 years in Digital Health or Clinical Technology
• Deep practical knowledge of the US healthcare system, including clinical payment, regulatory, and operational environments
• Proven experience shipping products that meet the needs of patients, providers, and administrators
• Experience managing agile ceremonies and improving team performance in engineering teams
• Proficiency in AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms for rapid development of internal tools or MVPs
