Job Summary

Driving major product initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Cloud Networking will focus on enhancing connectivity to Confluent Cloud, ensuring reliability, scalability, and user-friendliness while managing the entire product lifecycle in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews and analyze data to define personas and user journeys
• Drive the Confluent Cloud Network Roadmap, emphasizing user experience and cost efficiency
• Manage cross-functional initiatives from conception through delivery and ongoing iteration

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager focused on cloud technologies
• Experience in building and supporting enterprise-grade products
• Proven ability to maintain a clear product roadmap backed by user stories and research
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills
