Senior Product Manager, Cloud Networking

Job Summary

Driving the product lifecycle, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Cloud Networking will manage major product initiatives focused on enhancing connectivity to Confluent Cloud, ensuring user experience, scalability, and cost efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews and analyze data to define personas and user journeys
• Drive the Confluent Cloud Network Roadmap, supporting services with an emphasis on user experience
• Manage cross-functional initiatives from conception through delivery and iteration post-launch

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on cloud technologies
• Experience in building enterprise-grade products as a product manager, engineer, or solutions architect
• Proven ability to maintain a clear product roadmap backed by user stories and customer research
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes through product changes
