Senior Product Manager Compliance
Job Summary
Leading the product vision and strategy, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Compliance will manage the compliance product roadmap, design and launch external-facing compliance capabilities, and engage with enterprise partners, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the compliance product roadmap, prioritizing and managing product as a business
- Design and launch FMG's first external-facing compliance capability, such as an API or SDK
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Engineering, GTM, and Compliance leadership to ensure product success
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, wealthtech, regtech, or a compliance-related area
- Direct experience with financial services regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA, etc.) applied to product decisions
- Proven track record of owning both strategy and hands-on delivery without a dedicated product owner
- Experience designing or launching an API, SDK, or platform-layer product for external partners
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools to create working prototypes or MVPs
