Senior Product Manager, Compliance

Job Summary

Owning the product roadmap for KYC, KYB, and onboarding systems, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Compliance will drive strategy for onboarding APIs and SDKs, shape risk rating programs, and build internal tooling to enhance compliance and operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap for KYC and KYB systems, balancing compliance with conversion speed
• Drive strategy for onboarding APIs and SDKs, facilitating integration for compliance programs
• Develop internal tools to streamline compliance processes while maintaining regulatory controls

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of products
• Experience working with regulated institutions on API products in financial services
• Deep knowledge of compliance and onboarding products, including identity verification and risk-rating systems
• Proven experience collaborating directly with engineering teams on product development
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and cross-functional strategy
