Senior Product Manager, Construction AI

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of AI assistant workflows, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Construction AI will define product vision and strategy, prioritize roadmap investments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Construction AI assistant workflows
• Translate customer pain points and market signals into a clear, sequenced product roadmap
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to create AI-powered assistant experiences from concept through launch

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI/ML products, or construction technology
• Demonstrated experience in owning product vision, roadmap, and execution for complex products
• Strong understanding of AI/ML product concepts and responsible AI considerations
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into clear product strategies and measurable outcomes
• Familiarity with construction workflows and project data
