Senior Product Manager, Core Financials

Job Summary

Leading the definition and delivery of AI-powered capabilities and agent skills, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager, Core Financials AI will transform finance team operations by owning AI use cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer adoption of innovative financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI capabilities within Core Financials, focusing on the needs of CFOs and accounting teams
• Identifying high-impact AI opportunities and advocating for their development within the organization
• Collaborating with engineering, machine learning, and UX teams to define product requirements and deliver production-grade features

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with end-to-end ownership of product or feature lifecycles
• 5+ years of experience with SaaS/B2B products
• Technical proficiency in AI and LLM-powered technology, including understanding agent architectures and evaluation approaches
• Experience as a product owner or financial systems analyst in ERP or financial management
• Strong data analysis skills to derive actionable insights for AI use-case selection and impact measurement
