Senior Product Manager - Credit Compliance
Job Summary
Owning the Credit, Compliance & Fraud (CCF) pillar, the full-time Senior Product Manager - Credit Compliance will manage product roadmaps for credit decisioning, compliance automation, and fraud prevention, ensuring regulatory adherence while enabling growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the roadmap for credit decisioning capabilities, partnering with lenders and credit bureaus to enhance approval processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by collaborating with Legal and Compliance teams, and managing compliance sign-off for product releases
- Lead the roadmap for fraud detection and prevention, defining success metrics and working with fraud operations to address emerging fraud patterns
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of product management experience in credit decisioning, compliance automation, and fraud detection
- Proven track record of delivering AI-native products
- Hands-on experience with FCRA, TCPA, ECOA, and TILA compliance requirements
- Active user of AI tools relevant to product management
- Direct experience in automotive retail or regulated fintech/lending
