Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Customer Communication Services/Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Senior Director of Product Management on strategy and roadmap for CCS features
  • Define and prioritize product and market requirements to allow development teams to deliver the required functionality
  • Drive Agile delivery and value creation through CCS roadmap execution

Required Qualifications:
  • In-depth Product Management experience in enterprise platforms, focusing on addressing the requirements for a communication platform
  • Hands-on experience working with enterprise software that are deployed as distributed and resilient platforms
  • Strong experience managing backlogs and product roadmaps defining functional specifications driving the product goals and providing guidance in design discussions
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with global teams
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about product and business issues while managing difficult trade-offs with current customers
