Job Summary
Owning the Customer Insights product area end-to-end, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Customer Insights will build user-facing experiences and a data foundation that transforms raw data into actionable narratives, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Customer Insights, including the data model and customer-facing experience
- Define the usage data layer in collaboration with Engineering and Data to support renewal and expansion narratives
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear product surfaces and partner with Sales and Customer Success to enhance narrative effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience, specifically with analytics, reporting, or data products for business or admin audiences
- Strong data fluency in shaping data models and instrumentation strategies
- Experience using AI tools and a clear understanding of AI-native data products
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous business questions into clear product surfaces
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Customer Success on renewal and expansion narratives
