Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, particularly with data platforms or analytics products
- Experience with real-time and historical analytics and reporting
- Solid understanding of Telecommunications or Contact Center domains
- Ability to utilize quantitative and qualitative data for product strategy and decision-making
