Senior Product Manager, Data Platform

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of Arbital's data platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Data Platform will manage the product roadmap, define data flow processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare claims and contract data systems in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the data pipeline platform, prioritizing capabilities based on client needs and scalability goals
• Write detailed PRDs and user stories, working directly with engineering to scope and deliver platform improvements
• Develop deep fluency in data models and standards, ensuring data quality and supporting product decisions through hands-on data engagement

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on data platforms or data infrastructure
• Strong technical foundation in reading data schemas and writing SQL
• Experience with healthcare data, particularly claims and value-based care
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product specifications
• Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across engineering and client-facing teams
