Job Summary

Leading product strategy and development for Mastery and Certifications, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Digital Software will manage product roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives focused on learning management and credentialing capabilities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product strategy and roadmaps based on client needs and market conditions
• Lead product decisions related to features, packaging, and the end-to-end experience for users
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate product risks, dependencies, and resource requirements

Required qualifications

• Significant professional experience in product management at a senior level
• Experience with learning management systems and eLearning platforms
• Knowledge of learning assessment and credentialing concepts
• Familiarity with eLearning interoperability standards such as SCORM and xAPI
• Experience in defining and monitoring product and business KPIs
