Senior Product Manager, Ecommerce

Job Summary

Owning and growing Dutch's e-commerce business, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Ecommerce will set strategy, manage P&L, and lead the reimagination of the product storefront while collaborating across teams to drive revenue and enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the e-commerce business, setting targets and driving accountability across revenue and profitability
• Partner with the AI team to build a personalized product recommendation engine using EMR data and vet insights
• Lead the redesign of the product storefront, managing merchandising strategy and optimizing the conversion funnel

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management within e-commerce or consumer product businesses
• Demonstrated experience owning a P&L and managing to margin and profitability targets
• Deep comfort with data analytics and turning insights into actionable decisions
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and data science teams
• Strong commercial instincts with a proven ability to identify and capture market opportunities
