Senior Product Manager, EKM Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) Strategy & Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Cascade EKM strategy, framework, and processes to teams for consistent implementation
• Oversee end-to-end execution of EKM methodologies and operational processes
• Gather and analyze execution feedback to inform iterative improvements of EKM processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading global technical product operations and support
• 3+ years of experience leading day-to-day operations for Knowledge Management products
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field
