Senior Product Manager ELA

Job Summary

Owning the full product lifecycle, the remote Senior Product Manager, ELA will manage the Supplemental ELA product line, focusing on market evaluation, product development, and ongoing improvements to meet strategic objectives and drive instructional outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize content and instructional design roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
• Lead the execution of the ELA roadmap and special projects while managing budgets and financial forecasts for subject-specific projects

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management within K-12 education, particularly in edtech
• Demonstrated experience managing the lifecycle of digital educational products
• Proven ability to partner with and lead cross-functional teams across content, product, marketing, and sales
• Strong understanding of budget management and financial forecasting
• Familiarity with K-12 ELA instructional trends and practices
