Job Summary
To shape the next generation of fan experiences, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Fan Engagement will own the product strategy and roadmap for enhancing audience engagement across various sports media properties, leveraging AI and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for fan engagement experiences, focusing on community, personalization, and interactive features
- Lead initiatives for fan identity, audience segmentation, and registration to strengthen direct audience relationships
- Build a culture of experimentation using A/B testing and data analysis to optimize fan experiences continuously
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing sports products or related fields
- Deep knowledge of US sports and understanding of fan engagement dynamics
- Experience in driving measurable growth in audience engagement and retention
- Hands-on experience with personalization and audience segmentation products
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and experimentation
