Job Summary
Focused on enhancing fan experiences, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Fan Engagement will own the product strategy and roadmap for audience engagement initiatives across a portfolio of sports media properties, working remotely with a collaborative cross-functional team.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for fan engagement experiences, driving audience growth and revenue
- Lead initiatives for fan identity, audience segmentation, and personalization to strengthen direct audience relationships
- Build a culture of experimentation through A/B testing and continuous optimization of fan experiences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing sports products or related fields
- Deep knowledge of US sports and how fans engage with teams and communities
- Experience driving measurable growth in engagement, retention, and audience development
- Hands-on experience with personalization, fan identity, and audience segmentation products
- Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data and insights for product discovery and decision-making
