Senior Product Manager - FedRAMP

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Product Manager - FedRAMP will manage the development of Atlassian Government Cloud offerings, focusing on compliance with FedRAMP High and DoD IL5 standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for FedRAMP High and IL5 offerings
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and market teams to deliver a compliant environment and achieve authorizations to operate (ATOs)
• Engage with government customers to translate their requirements into actionable engineering tasks

Required qualifications

• B2B SaaS product management experience in platform, security, or compliance-focused products
• Hands-on experience with FedRAMP Moderate/High and DoD SRG/IL5 authorization processes
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53 and related frameworks such as CMMC and ITAR
• Fluency with cloud infrastructure concepts, preferably with AWS or GovCloud
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
