Senior Product Manager, Finance

Job Summary

Owning the financial products of Cash Application and Deduction Resolution Management (DRM), the full-time Senior Product Manager, Finance will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Pod to define problems, uncover user needs, and identify opportunities across Cash Application and DRM
• Plan and execute product launches, creating release artifacts and enablement to drive customer value and adoption
• Translate complex user and business problems into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, managing the team backlog and leading agile ceremonies

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS products related to B2B fintech or financial operations
• Strong domain fluency in finance and accounting workflows, including accounts receivable and GL reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with B2B integrations, including API lifecycle management and financial reconciliation
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end products with measurable impact on adoption and revenue
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
