Senior Product Manager, Financial Services

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end financial experience for sports organizers, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Financial Services will set the strategy and execution for the financial services domain, focusing on integrated financial workflows that support revenue collection, expense management, and capital access in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Financial Services portfolio, including payments and accounting tools
• Define and prioritize features based on partner needs and business objectives, translating complex requirements into clear product specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Compliance, to support regulated product initiatives and ensure cohesive partner experiences

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years of product management experience, particularly in fintech or transaction-heavy platforms
• Deep understanding of U.S. payments infrastructure and familiarity with embedded finance models
• Experience in regulated environments, collaborating with compliance and legal stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue-driving products or fintech monetization models
• Proven ability to lead complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery as a senior individual contributor
