Senior Product Manager - FINRA Licensed
Job Summary
Focusing on strategic product initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager - FINRA Licensed will identify, develop, and deliver innovative retirement solutions related to Multiple Employer Plans (MEPs) and Pooled Employer Plans (PEPs), while managing the product lifecycle and collaborating cross-functionally to support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing business goals and client needs
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to align priorities and deliver successful product outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 7+ years of product management or related experience within the financial services industry
- Strong product strategy and lifecycle management experience
- Experience with defined contribution retirement products and related partner relationships
- FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire
