Senior Product Manager, Fintech

Job Summary

To drive innovation in financial products, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager, Fintech will manage the development of new payment experiences, enhance financial reliability, and oversee reconciliation processes while collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for emerging fintech products, focusing on payments, capital lending, and customer trust
• Design seamless in-person payment experiences for single and multi-location businesses
• Define and implement reconciliation reporting and automated financial controls to improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or high-stakes financial products within a B2B or SaaS environment
• Technical fluency in payment systems, including concepts like PayFac, tokenization, and compliance
• Experience in a payment processor or fintech infrastructure environment
• Strong commercial instinct linking product decisions to revenue and customer outcomes
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, including Engineering and Risk/Compliance
