Senior Product Manager for AI

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and execution for AI and Automation, the full-time Senior Product Manager for AI will define multi-year roadmaps, lead product definitions, and collaborate closely with engineering and AI/ML teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year roadmap for Workflows and Actions across SaaS and on-premises deployments
• Lead product definition for the agentic layer of the automation platform, enabling AI agents to operate autonomously
• Partner with engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure a differentiated agentic experience leveraging deep SRE context

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in shipping customer-facing software, preferably in SaaS B2B
• Deep fluency in the SRE and DevOps domain, understanding on-call rotations and effective runbooks
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation, integration platforms, or infrastructure tooling
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage in substantive conversations with senior engineers
• Track record of managing ambiguous, multi-stakeholder roadmaps from vision through GA
