Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Technology, Senior Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Talent & Rewards technology product portfolio, including performance management and employee growth programs
  • Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog to enhance employee engagement with performance and rewards
  • Lead the design and development of AI-enabled workflows that simplify talent processes and improve user experiences
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, Product Management, or HRIS ownership
  • Experience with Talent Management, Performance Management, or Compensation technology
  • Strong familiarity with Workday Talent, Performance, or Advanced Compensation
  • Hands-on knowledge of Workday configuration and workflow automation
  • Ability to translate complex HR processes into user-centric product experiences
