Senior Product Manager, GenAI

Job Summary

Leading AI-native product initiatives, the contract Senior Product Manager, GenAI will manage the product roadmap, drive the development of LLM-driven chat and agent experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operationalize the product roadmap while balancing input from multiple senior stakeholders
• Lead the development of AI-native chat and agent experiences, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
• Define product requirements, user stories, and manage backlog prioritization to drive successful execution

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of Product Management experience with clear ownership of roadmap and delivery
• Proven ability to operate in complex, stakeholder-heavy environments with strong executive communication skills
• Hands-on fluency with LLMs and AI-native product development, including prompt design and evaluation methods
• Experience building or supporting chatbots, conversational UX, or AI-driven interfaces
• Strong experience managing Agile workflows and tools (e.g., JIRA, sprint planning, backlog management)
