Senior Product Manager, GovCon

Job Summary

To define the next generation of AI-powered capabilities across GovCon ERP, the full-time Senior Product Manager, GovCon will translate customer insights into actionable requirements, drive AI-assisted product development, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful product delivery in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategy and research into actionable requirements using the jobs-to-be-done framework for GovCon customers
• Develop and drive a forward-looking roadmap for AI-first GovCon ERP capabilities while tracking competitive and market developments
• Define success metrics and feedback loops for LLM- and agent-driven experiences, ensuring effective collaboration and execution across teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience
• 3+ years of Government Contracting (GovCon) industry experience or significant experience building software solutions for GovCon customers
• Experience in a hyper-Agile and AI-accelerated product development environment
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand system architecture and data flows
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and accountability
