Senior Product Manager, Grants Management

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Product Manager, Grants Management, the successful candidate will champion customer needs through in-depth research, translate those needs into actionable product requirements, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and efficiency in grant management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product discovery by conducting customer research and translating findings into a compelling product vision
• Guide cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle to deliver high-quality solutions
• Maintain a prioritized backlog as the active Product Owner, focusing on customer outcomes in areas such as grant accounting and reporting

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management for enterprise-scale financial software or consulting in grants and financials
• Deep understanding of grants management and post-award research administration across various sectors
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, and UX
• Proficient in data modeling and analysis to inform product decisions and define success through measurable KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
