Job Summary
Owning the product strategy for growth, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Growth will define and drive metrics related to acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention while collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the growth product strategy and roadmap, focusing on top-of-funnel, activation, conversion, and retention metrics
- Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to identify high-impact growth levers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize growth-oriented product surfaces and align on the full customer journey
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a growth, lifecycle, or monetization role
- Proven track record of improving growth metrics through product-led experimentation
- Strong quantitative skills, including experience with funnel and cohort analysis
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests from hypothesis formation to rollout decisions
- Deep understanding of product-led growth motions and self-serve experience design
