Senior Product Manager, Healthcare
Job Summary
As a key leader in the Contracts Product team, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Healthcare will own the roadmap for the Contracts platform, focusing on enhancing user experience and driving adoption through innovative solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and deliver reliable and useful features for stakeholders from provider reps to payer analysts
- Collaborate with AI engineers to develop and refine models that enhance contract understanding and financial insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, serving as the primary point of contact for contracting-related discussions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS workflow tools, preferably in contracting or financial modeling software
- Deep subject matter expertise in Managed Care and Revenue Cycle, with a focus on healthcare process improvement
- Proven track record of executing B2B product development initiatives, particularly incorporating AI or machine learning features
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/knowledge, with consideration for non-traditional educational backgrounds
