Senior Product Manager Healthcare AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI & Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for building an agentic AI framework within SmartCare
• Identify and transform high-friction, manual workflows into AI-driven tasks
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle including discovery, requirements, and delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with complex workflow platforms
• Demonstrated experience in designing or delivering agentic AI systems
• Proven experience in healthcare IT, preferably with EHRs or practice management
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA preferred)
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering on AI systems
