Senior Product Manager, Healthcare Automation

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of healthcare automation capabilities, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Healthcare Automation will manage product vision and roadmap focused on eligibility and benefits while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes
• Develop and execute the product roadmap for healthcare automation capabilities, including eligibility and benefits workflows
• Use analytics to evaluate product performance and improve member access and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Ten (10) plus years of product management experience in healthcare technology or related fields
• Experience delivering automation-first, AI-enabled solutions
• Strong understanding of eligibility, benefits, and payer operations
• Proficiency with product management and analytics tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau
