Senior Product Manager, Homeowners

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Product Manager, Homeowners, the full-time remote role will manage P&L results, launch new products, and navigate regulatory environments while collaborating with various teams to drive critical initiatives in the personal lines product team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage P&L results within assigned regions and product lines, ensuring rate adequacy and CAT exposure management
• Build and launch new products, coordinating with state departments for approval
• Drive the rate and rule revision process, including regulatory filings and implementing approved changes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of P&C insurance experience, specifically in personal homeowner's product management
• Demonstrated P&L ownership across multiple states and product lines
• Proven track record of launching new products, coverages, or endorsements
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for quantitative analysis
