Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Identity & Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for IAM solutions, focusing on secure user access
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams to design and deliver IAM features that meet user needs
• Lead the full lifecycle of product development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while aligning with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically in Identity and Access Management
• Expertise in customer problem spaces and ability to synthesize user feedback into product improvements
• Strong relationship-building skills with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams
• Experience in defining and tracking key metrics for continuous improvement
