Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for identity, authentication, and eligibility processes
• Define data models for member eligibility and benefits coverage
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure reliable eligibility determination

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in platform or identity products
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts such as SSO and OAuth
• Strong data fluency and ability to define and instrument metrics
• Experience in healthcare or benefits with knowledge of member information management
• Ability to collaborate across functions and translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
