Job Summary
Leading the vision and execution for CSI's Instant Payments portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager - Instant Payments will define product strategy, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative payment solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for the Instant Payments portfolio
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience in Instant Payments, Real-Time Payments, or Digital Payments
- Experience with FedNow Service and RTP Network
- Demonstrated ownership of product strategy and lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and business case development
- Deep understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards related to payment processing
