Job Summary

Senior Product Manager, Integrations is a full-time position responsible for managing customer data integrations to ensure reliability and effectiveness for clinical workflows, while building scalable integration infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer data completeness and reliability across various markets throughout the data lifecycle
• Manage direct relationships with enterprise customers for data delivery and quality issue resolution
• Develop integration infrastructure to streamline onboarding and enhance scalability using AI

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of product management experience in healthcare data or integration platforms
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data types including claims, pharmacy, labs, and medical records
• Experience working with enterprise customers on data delivery and technical coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent integration efforts
• Familiarity with AI applications in data operations to enhance efficiency
