Senior Product Manager, Integrations

Job Summary

Owning customer integrations in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Integrations will ensure the completeness and reliability of customer data, manage enterprise relationships for data delivery, and build scalable integration infrastructure to support clinical workflows and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer data completeness and reliability across various markets throughout the data lifecycle
• Manage direct relationships with enterprise customers, driving execution and resolving data quality issues
• Build scalable integration infrastructure and playbooks to streamline onboarding and improve efficiency

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years of product management experience in healthcare data, integration platforms, or clinical data operations
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data sources such as claims, pharmacy, labs, and medical records
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers on data delivery and technical coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent integration efforts effectively
• Experience leveraging AI to enhance data operations and improve scalability
