Senior Product Manager, Integrations

Job Summary

Driving the ongoing development of integrations, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Integrations will manage the integrations roadmap, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and engage with customers to enhance integration capabilities in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the integrations development roadmap, prioritizing new integrations and capabilities based on various inputs
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design counterparts to prioritize the backlog and make decisions on integration depth and sequencing
• Work directly with customers to understand their integration needs and document their feedback for prioritization

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in integration delivery with a proven track record of building impactful integrations
• Strong understanding of prioritization frameworks to effectively manage integration work across teams
• Technical fluency in integrations-related technologies, such as APIs and authentication
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and keeping stakeholders informed
• Willingness to utilize AI tools to enhance work efficiency and impact
