Senior Product Manager, ITSM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Product Manager - ITSM Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the ServiceNow platform and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Translate business and employee experience requirements into clear product requirements and user stories
• Lead stakeholder communication, including roadmap reviews and feature demos across various organizations

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Product Development, or related major
• 7+ years of experience in digital products and software development lifecycle processes
• 3+ years of experience in product management
• 1+ years of management experience with cross-functional teams
• 1+ years of experience with ITSM technologies
