Senior Product Manager, Knowledge Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) RoW Empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Business Groups, Geo-specific, and Functional teams in understanding their unique Knowledge Management (KM) needs
• Drive the adoption of the EKM framework and methodology within the business unit
• Facilitate the execution of KM-enabled AI use cases and track progress from pilot to scale

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading global technical product operations and user support
• 1+ year of experience with Knowledge Management system support
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience supporting the rollout of a global KM product
• Understanding of data platforms, analytics, and AI technologies
