Senior Product Manager, KYC

Job Summary

Owning the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC, the full-time Senior Product Manager, KYC will define and build a reusable identity layer across the MetaMask product stack, focusing on creating scalable verification standards and a seamless user experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport, ensuring a seamless identity verification experience
• Build scalable verification primitives and standards to enhance product adoption across MetaMask
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate a consistent identity layer while maintaining compliance and user trust

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building or scaling identity verification, KYC, or onboarding products
• Strong background in fintech, with exposure to Web3 technologies
• Hands-on experience with identity verification providers such as Sumsub, Veriff, or Onfido
• Familiarity with compliance workflows including KYC and customer due diligence processes
• Track record of delivering platform products adopted across multiple teams
