Senior Product Manager, Labor Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Labor Management Systems (LMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of LMS capabilities including labor tracking, planning, and forecasting
• Champion operational excellence by understanding workflows and translating insights into product requirements
• Collaborate across logistics teams to ensure seamless integration and measure the impact of shipped features

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in supply chain or logistics
• 3+ years of experience with Labor Management Solutions (LMS) such as Manhattan or Kronos
• Deep understanding of warehouse workflows and operational constraints
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on complex systems
• Experience using operational metrics to inform product decisions
