Senior Product Manager Literacy

Job Summary

To lead the strategic direction of the Literacy State Adoption product portfolio, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Literacy will manage product vision, roadmap, and team development while collaborating with cross-functional leaders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision and roadmap for the Literacy State Adoption product portfolio, ensuring alignment with instructional research and literacy models
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, setting expectations and holding them accountable to high standards
• Direct end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including market research, product strategy, and post-launch performance evaluation

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in education publishing, particularly in product development and project management within K-12 education
• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading and developing a team of Product Managers or similar professionals
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills with a focus on strategic priorities across a multi-product portfolio
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating sensitivity and judgment in various interactions
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
