Senior Product Manager - Literacy

Job Summary

Owning the strategic direction of the Literacy State Adoption product portfolio, the full-time Senior Product Manager - Literacy will lead a team of Product Managers, set the vision and roadmap, and ensure product decisions are informed by instructional research while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision and roadmap for the Literacy State Adoption product portfolio, ensuring alignment with instructional research
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers, setting clear expectations and maintaining high standards of rigor
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product vision and execution across content, marketing, and operations

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in education publishing, particularly in product development within the K-12 market
• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading and developing a team of Product Managers or similar professionals
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with various teams and leadership
• Demonstrated ability to set strategy across a multi-product portfolio
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
