Senior Product Manager, Literacy

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Literacy will set the vision and strategy for PreK-5 literacy products, drive business impact through performance metrics, and ensure successful product delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and 12-18 month roadmap for Literacy products, aligning with company goals and addressing customer pain points
• Set quarterly OKRs, monitor performance metrics, and drive products through the stage gate process to ensure customer retention and revenue growth
• Conduct research initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product concepts and detailed release plans

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a high-growth SaaS, ed tech, or consumer tech environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Experience with AI-powered experiences and technical literacy to collaborate with engineering teams
